Using our payroll services can be a cost effective solution for small businesses. Simply provide us your employees’ hours and we’ll calculate the taxes to withhold along with any additional deductions. Taxes get withdrawn, paid, and filed without any further thought required from you. Direct deposit is available for no charge or we can provide pay stubs for checks. This is can be synced into common bookkeeping software so there’s no extra entries on that side. Payrolls can be processed bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly.
We work with two payroll processors. Depending on your specific company’s needs, we will recommend which option looks like the better fit for you. These needs might include multi-state payrolls, tips, HR features, etc. As such, there may be additional related costs involved.
Standard price with one state
$60/month plus $10/employee
Rather keep it in-house? You can enter hours yourself and run payrolls as needed. We can still be available, though, as a resource to ask when things come up. We’ll have access to your payroll account and can explain things or make entries/changes when necessary (for a fee).
À la carte
If you are new to payroll or just moving processors we can handle the initial set-up for you. This includes entering all employees & any prior payroll information, configuring Federal & State account numbers & tax rates, and handling the account mapping to automatically sync payroll data into your bookkeeping software.
$100 plus $5/employee
Add $20/additional state
If you have not already established the necessary employer accounts or need to add another, we can set these up on your behalf.
